THE CHEFS OF RUTHERGLEN DINNER 

Join us for an exclusive one-night-only dining experience as three of Rutherglen's brightest culinary
talents come together to showcase the abundance of Victoria's Northeast.

 

Chefs Briony Bradford (Jones Winery Restaurant), Brendan Anderson (The Victoria), and Matthieu Miller (Grace Bar +
Eatery) will present a unique collaborative dinner, offered with a curated selection of Jones Winery & Vineyard wines at the newly renovated Victoria Hotel Rutherglen.

ï‚· Brendan Anderson: Fire & charcoal main course, highlighting his mastery of bold flavours.
ï‚· Matthieu Miller: Seasonal produce-driven entrée, renowned for his innovative approach.

 

This exclusive event will be limited to 80 guests, providing a unique opportunity to enjoy a 3-course
meal crafted by three chefs redefining Rutherglen's dining scene.


Each of these exceptional chefs brings their own unique style and creativity to the table. Matthieu
Miller renowned for his commitment to regional seasonality, will highlight the rich agricultural produce
of Rutherglen. Briony Bradford, with her classical French training, will bring a refined and innovative
approach, blending European flair with the best of local ingredients. Brendan Anderson, known for his
skill and passion for cooking over fire will deliver hearty fare reimagined in gourmet fashion, all while
celebrating Australia’s vibrant culinary traditions.


Together, they have collaborated to create a bespoke menu, thoughtfully paired with wines selected
by fifth generation winemaker Mandy Jones, showcasing the very essence of Rutherglen. This one-of-
a-kind dinner is not just a feast—it’s a celebration of the talent, passion, and community that define
this region’s exceptional culinary scene.

Tickets: $130 per person (includes canapés on arrival, 3-course meal, and petit fours). +$35 for
matching wines.

Wines exclusive to Jones Winery & Vineyard are available for purchase. Beer, spirits and soft drinks at
bar prices.


Dietary Requirements:
Menu can be adapted for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, & shellfish/nut allergens only. No
children’s menu is available. All dietary requirements must be noted at time of booking. This event is
not suitable for vegan, low-FODMAP or fructose-free requirements.
